Product Description:
Each Yamaha Outboard Extension Kit includes a 5″ housing, stub driveshaft, water tube, shift shaft, and all the studs, nuts, etc. that are needed to make the outboard motor conversion.
Yamaha Extension Kits include stainless steel shafts and studs, and spacer housings are cast of the same series alloy as used in the motors for lifetime performance.

Return Policy
1. Returns and Refunds:
We offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and undamaged item(s) within 60 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee is waived if the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong parts.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong parts, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use or damage.
5. How to Initiate a Return:

6. Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return policy criteria. Refunds will be processed after the inspection is completed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

This extension kit was a perfect fit. Solved the problem I had with a new boat requiring a long shaft but my outboard was a short shaft. Better than buying a new outboard. The team at Bay were great, fantastic customer service.

Got this for my brand new F25 short shaft after mistakenly buying the wrong motor (needed long shaft). The kit is pretty straight forward with most of the instructions. The only part that was confusing was the exhaust seal. I had to call and check and had someone explain to me on the phone that it was self explanitory when you got it in. I still had a little trouble with it, but got it in. It took a while to get everything lined up to bolt together by myself and when i took it out, i didnt end up having the water pickup tube seated correctly and so the motor started to overheat, but after taking it back apart, i found that i had installed the exhaust seal backwards. After resealing it and putting it back together, the motor started peeing and works as it should now. My only complaint is that i wish they would add some pictures installing the exhaust seal the correct way, but overall, this is a great product and saved me a lot of money and i would recommend it to anyone needing to extend their motor to long shaft, all the parts are high quality.
