Product Description:
Each Honda Outboard Extension Kit includes a 5″ housing, stub driveshaft, water tube, shift shaft, and all the studs, nuts, etc. that are needed to make the outboard motor conversion.
Honda Extension Kits include stainless steel shafts and studs, and spacer housings are cast of the same series alloy as used in the motors for lifetime performance.

1. Returns and Refunds:
We offer a 60-day return policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and undamaged item(s) within 60 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee is waived if the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong parts.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong parts, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use or damage.
5. How to Initiate a Return:

6. Refund Process:

Apparently I was the first to use this kit on my BF200, yes you will need to ream out the mid section case to fit the stub shaft and get creative with making a pilot to center the hole saw, you will need to ream the case to 1.5” from 15/16ths of an inch. You will need to verify that the shift shaft has either 2 different splined ends or 2 of the same splined ends. The hard ware is stainless and anti-seize is a must to not gaul the nut and threads. After reaming the case and getting it all assembled it works flawlessly. The case extension is a different color than my engine but let’s face it Honda outboard paint is the biggest weakness on these motors. All in all a very quality made product that if I ever need to extend another Honda I would not hesitate to use this kit again as the alternative is to remove the power head and set it on a longer midsection and lower unit and almost x3 the cost of this kit.
